
Warranty Policy
All Timezone Watches come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in movement and craftsmanship under normal use.
Covered Under Warranty
- Manufacturing faults in watch movement
- Malfunction of dial or hands
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Damage to battery, strap, or glass (crystal)
- Water damage (unless specified as water-resistant)
- Accidental damage, drops, or physical wear and tear
- Any unauthorized repair or modification
How to Claim Warranty
- Submit a Warranty Claim Request through our official support channel.
- Provide:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Description of the issue
- Ship the watch to our service center (address will be provided upon claim approval).
Note:
- Shipping charges for sending the watch to our service center must be paid by the customer.
- All warranty claims are subject to inspection. If the issue is not covered, repair charges will be shared before proceeding.
