Warranty Policy

All Timezone Watches come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in movement and craftsmanship under normal use.

Covered Under Warranty

  • Manufacturing faults in watch movement
  • Malfunction of dial or hands

Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Damage to battery, strap, or glass (crystal)
  • Water damage (unless specified as water-resistant)
  • Accidental damage, drops, or physical wear and tear
  • Any unauthorized repair or modification

How to Claim Warranty

  1. Submit a Warranty Claim Request through our official support channel.
  2. Provide:
    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
    • Description of the issue
  3. Ship the watch to our service center (address will be provided upon claim approval).

Note:

  • Shipping charges for sending the watch to our service center must be paid by the customer.
  • All warranty claims are subject to inspection. If the issue is not covered, repair charges will be shared before proceeding.
