Refund policy

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or if your product is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact our support team immediately. You can reach us at 0331-2661111 or by emailing info@timezonewatches.com. Our team will assess the situation and guide you through the process.

  1. You can return a watch within 2 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling fees.
  2. Any watch that fails our quality inspection (due to scratches, wear, or damage) will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
  3. If you're not satisfied, please return the watch in the same condition as delivered, without using it. Be sure to include all original packing materials, the warranty card, user manuals, and any accessories that were provided.
  4. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.

What We Need to Process a Return/Exchange:

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for all returns. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment method.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we will notify you via call. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.


Change of Mind

Returns or exchanges for a change of mind are not accepted. Our warranty covers only faulty or damaged products.
